Graham's Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides care packages to parents of micro-preemie babies.
Our BOLD GOAL is to be an approved resource in every Level 3 and 4 NICU in the United States and deliver at least one care package to each of those NICUs in a calendar year.
