Are you the parent of a baby born prematurely? Do you know the parents of a baby born prematurely?

Our care packages are designed to support the parents during their journey in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit and Transition Home (coming soon). 

We ask that you please confirm the most appropriate address with the hospital to help ensure the our care package arrives safely. We have an extensive list of hospitals that have already been confirmed that you can review by clicking here.

Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Care Package
Our NICU care package is designed for parents of premature babies in the newborn intensive care unit with an emphasis placed on providing information and resources that are often most helpful during the early stages of their journey.

Transition Home Care Package (Coming Soon!)
We recognize that the NICU experience is daunting for parents and yet, the transition home can be even more overwhelming and at times, a bit terrifying.  While your baby is in the NICU, you gain some comfort knowing that your baby is cared for by  doctors and nurses around the clock but when you bring your baby home, the responsibility is yours.

We are currently developing a Transition Home Care Package to provide useful information and resources and help ease the overwhelm that can accompany this exciting time.

Remembrance Care Package
We know Hope, Resilience and Miracles but we also know loss.  We realize that when our babies are born early they are extremely fragile and while modern medicine and our thoughts, healing energy and prayers are incredibly powerful, they are not always enough to keep us from having to say good-bye far too soon.

Our Remembrance Care Package provides useful information for the healing process and also a memento to help you remember your baby.

How much do our care packages cost?

We currently provide our care packages at no cost. Each care package costs approximately $20, including shipping and handling, and it is our intention to continue to offer our care packages at no cost.  We do offer a “pay it forward” option at the end of the care package request process and appreciate your generosity to help us continue our mission of supporting parents of premature babies.
