At Graham's Foundation, our mission is to support parents through every facet of the journey of prematurity. When parents are coping with the grief of loss, we understand they may feel driven to give something back to honor the life of a child whose time on earth was brief but special and full of love. At the same time, these parents are likely feeling too overwhelmed to coordinate donations in memory of a child. That's why we do our best to make the process of contributing to Graham's Foundation in a child's memory simple for all involved. We collect the donations, and then we send parents a personalized letter of thanks. In it, we include a list of all the people who contributed to our mission in their child's name.

However you choose to contribute, please make a note of the fact that you wish to make your donation in memory of a specific child and provide us with that child's name (in the space for more information if donating online or with a note included with your check by mail). We will let the parents of the child know of your donation in personalized letter of gratitude sent directly to them.
