Are you looking for an opportunity to work with talented, smart people in a dynamic, growing organization with a focused purpose?

Our foundation supports parents of premature babies who are going through an incredibly overwhelming, isolating, and scary experience. Through our unique programs created just for preemie parents, we give these moms and dads the support they need to cope with the challenges of prematurity.

We’re looking for someone who is creative, can think on his/her feet (or equally as well sitting at your desk), and that can work independently as well as in a collaborative environment. Additionally, we need all of our team members to be comfortable working with and leveraging off-line and online technologies. We work heavily within Google apps and other “cloud” solutions.

While it isn’t necessary that you are the parent of a preemie, it is important that you’re comfortable working in a purpose-driven organization with this focus and that you understand the sensitivity and complexity of prematurity.

If this sounds like a good fit, you’re in good company. We work with world-class brands like Pampers, Mead Johnson Nutrition, and Dr. Brown’s. Our goal is to build an organization that is empowered to offer parents of preemies in the U.S. and internationally all of the support they need, at birth and beyond.
