Remembrance Care Packages

Due to the personalization of this care package please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Please help us in supporting the preemie community. We ask that you keep others in your thoughts and only order a remembrance if you have experienced a loss.

We know Hope, Resilience and Miracles but we also know loss. We realize that when our babies are born early they are extremely fragile and while modern medicine and our thoughts, healing energy and prayers are incredibly powerful, they are not always enough to keep us from having to say good-bye far too soon.

Our Remembrance Care Package provides useful information for the healing process and also an inscribed memento of your choice to help you remember your baby.

Similar to our other care packages, our Remembrance Care Package is complimentary and includes 1 engraved item for parents. Additional engraved items may be ordered with a donation of $10 per item to help cover costs. Also, a “Pay it Forward” option is available and your generosity helps us continue our purpose of supporting parents of very premature babies.

Please note: If you should accidentally order more than one care package, we will reach out to you as soon as we can to clarify the details of your order.

Supporting Preemie Parents in Difficult Times

As we work together through these challenging times, you may have questions about how Graham’s Foundation is supporting our preemie parent community. Fortunately, because our support programs have always been delivered virtually, we are equipped to deliver all of our programs today, tomorrow, and into the future to continue to meet the psychosocial needs of parents.

Our Care Packages offer helpful tips for self-care and navigating the NICU and going home (our supplies have been in stock since before the COVID-19 outbreak), our MyPreemie app provides critical preemie-related information and helps parents journal their NICU experience, and our three dozen trained mentors are available to lend an ear and offer words of advice and encouragement.

In such a difficult time, it is more important than ever that we are here for the most vulnerable members of our community and Graham’s Foundation is ready. We are grateful to our volunteers and the individuals and industry partners who make generous donations that enable us to develop and deliver our support programs.

In Gratitude,

Nicholas Hall, Founder
