We need your help!

President and Co-Founder Nick Hall and Preemie Parent Mentor Program Director Heather McKinnis will be presenting at this year’s Parent to Parent USA Leadership Institute in October. They are currently collecting information for their presentation.

If you are a parent who:

  • Has a baby who was born prematurely (before 37 weeks)
  • Were in the NICU in the past THREE years
  • Required any amount of time in the NICU

We are asking you to please take a few moments to complete the following survey:

For another portion of their presentation, they are asking NICUs to take a separate survey. This survey is focused on what services hospitals offer parents for support and how often parents are taking advantage of the services. If you have a relationship with someone in your hospital NICU, could you please pass along the following survey for them to complete? The survey needs to be completed by one hospital staff member who is familiar with parent support programs and opportunities.

Nick and Heather greatly appreciate you taking time to complete the survey or pass it along to your NICU. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email Heather at [email protected].
