ABOUT GRAHAM’S FOUNDATION

We envision a world where no parent goes through the experience of prematurity alone.

Our mission is to inform and guide parents of preemies so that they may confidently navigate the journey of prematurity.

Graham’s Story

You found Graham’s Foundation because you or someone you care about is facing the uncertainty of premature birth.

I know that roller coaster. My twins, Graham and Reece, were born fifteen weeks premature on Thanksgiving Day in 2006. We lost Graham after forty-five days, and Reece spent four months in the hospital before finally coming home.

I know that bringing a premature baby home can present an entirely new set of challenges, and only time can tell what adversity our preemies may face.

I created Graham’s Foundation to help educate and inform preemie parents so they feel empowered and confident while they navigate the journey of prematurity. We at Graham’s Foundation are committed to a world where no parent goes through the experience of prematurity alone.

Life’s true measure is not the days lived but the lives touched.
